Use the form below — pick the app your question is about and I'll get back to you, usually within a few days.

Pickup is free and has no purchases. Purchases and refunds for my iOS apps are handled by Apple, not by me — I never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something else about your purchase went wrong, describe it below and I will help.

Email is optional. Leave it blank and your message arrives anonymously. If you include one, it's used solely to reply to you: your message and address are emailed straight to my inbox — nothing is stored on this site — and your address is never shared, added to any list, or used for anything else. Want a past inquiry deleted? Ask — same form or support@barts.work.
